Voorwaarden rondleiding Graz

Stichting IRS biedt een platform aan voor ERKWB Graz om haar rondleiding in de stad Graz aan te bieden aan het Nederlandse netwerk van IRS.

Bij het boeken van een rondleiding bent u akkoord dat IRS in geen geval verantwoordelijk draagt voor:

-De verwerking en opslag van uw gegevens door ERKWB Graz.

-De inhoud van de rondleiding

-(Im)materiele schade opgedaan voor, tijdens of na de rondleiding

-(Im)materiele Schade veroorzaakt door deelnemer(s) aan derden of objecten toegebracht voor, tijdens of na de rondleiding.

-Het afzeggen van de rondleiding door deelnemers of gids om wat voor reden dan ook.

- Aan de website van IRS of ERKWB Graz kunnen geen rechten ontleent worden.

Bij het boeken van de rondleiding bent u op de hoogte van:

-Het feit dat de rondleidingen in het Nederlands worden aangeboden.

-Dat ERKWB Graz verantwoordelijk is voor de verdere afhandeling van uw aanvraag.

-Dat de rondleiding gratis is maar een redelijke donatie aan de gids is verondersteld. De gift kan via de website van IRS worden overgemaakt of contant gegeven worden aan het einde van de rondleiding. IRS zal er voor zorgen dat uw online donatie wordt overgemaakt naar ERKWB Graz.

Bij het annuleren van de rondleiding vragen we u vriendelijk om een gift over te maken naar ERKWB Graz, omdat de gids tijd voor uw groep gereserveerd heeft.

The IRS Foundation offers a platform for ERKWB Graz to offer her guided tours in the city of Graz to the Dutch network of IRS.

By booking a tour, you agree that IRS will in no way be responsible for:

-The processing and storage of your data by ERKWB Graz.

-The content of the tour

-(Im)material damage incurred before, during or after the tour

-(Im)material damage caused by participant(s) to third parties or objects inflicted before, during or after the tour.

-Cancellation of the tour by participants or guide for any reason.

-No rights can be derived from the website of IRS or ERKWB Graz.

When booking the tour you are aware of:

-The fact that the tours are offered in Dutch.

- That ERKWB Graz is responsible for the further processing of your application.

-That the tour is free but a reasonable donation to the guide is assumed. The gift can be transferred through the IRS website or given in cash at the end of the tour. IRS will ensure that your online donation is transferred to ERKWB Graz. When canceling the tour, we kindly ask you to transfer a donation to ERKWB Graz, because the guide has reserved time for your group.
